HAPPY NEW YEAR

So I thought I would throw in a couple of pictures of the first Sunday of the year. Gavin started Sunbeams and loved it. He thought it was great to be able to finally go to primary with me.

A FEW PICS FROM CHRISTMAS DAY

I guess I had better add some pics from Christmas. We had a very busy, but great Christmas with both of our families.
My favorite picture of the day!
All of the cousins on Cade's side of the family, of course we can't get a picture of all of the kids looking in the same direction.
Christmas p-jays, and you wouldn't even know it was Christmas morning looking at the lack of excitement on Gavin's face.
The only reason Gavin believed Santa had come was not because of presents under the tree, but because the cookies and milk were gone.
Had no clue what was going on and was just being her happy self

MUST BE SANTA

We finally found Santa!! Or maybe I should say he found us. Thank goodness he showed up at daycare because I haven't even been on the lookout for him this year. Gav was so excited to see him and Kears was just oblivious to what was going on. At least there were no tears. After we left, Gav turned and looked on the roof and asked where Santa's sleigh and reindeer were. Hmmm.

. . . these are a few of my fav-o-rite things . . .

GAVS GINGERBREAD HOUSE

Gav just sort of took over our gingerbread house project and kept adding more and more candy. He wanted to add more "snow" until the poor house got completely snowed in. Oh well, Gav had a blast decorating it. Isn't that what Christmas is all about anyways??

4 MONTHS

Kearslee has made it four months now (actually on the 23rd of last month) without getting mauled to death from Gavin's hugs and kisses.  Whew!!  She has finally broke the 12 pound mark with an extra two ounces to spare and is measuring 25  1/4 inches long (which is over an inch taller than Gav measured at that age).
We have started her on rice cereal which seems to be a success.  Mmm, mmm!!

HALLOWEEN

Friday night we went down to Boo at the Zoo in I.F.  There weren't very many animals out but there were a lot of great lights and halloween decorations everywhere, oh yeah and lots of candy.
For Halloween Gavin insisted on being a transformer.  He was totally bummed when Target didn't have his size in Bumblebee, but was easily swayed by the arm gun that came with Optimus Prime.
Kearslee was my cute little monster.  She did pretty good in her costume considering I woke her up for the trick-or-treating fun.
Pretty cute kiddos if you ask me!
