The Inevitable

We have definately been getting moisture this year, at least more than what we've had in the previous years. A lot of moisture mixed with some cold weather makes for some really icy roads. You would think that I would be a pro at handling slick roads since I've lived here all of my life, but that was not the case yesterday. I had my first run in with a huge snow bank. Yep, I slid right off of the road. It took a nice gentleman with a pickup pulling me out with four people in front pushing. I'm not sure where the blame lies, the country roads that are always way slicker than any of the other roads, or the fact that I don't have my snow tires on because somehow Cade has misplaced them!?! At any rate, Gav thought the whole experience was halarious and he laughed the whole time.
