So, this isn't Gav's first haircut, just his first haircut from me. I usually take him to aunt Bridget to get his haircut, but the other day I was cleaning in the bathroom and he pulled out the clippers and asked for a haircut. He usually watches me when I cut Cade's hair, so he knew which stool to use and requested the cape. I was a little nervous at first because I didn't know how he would handle it. Plus, I really don't know what I am doing! I started cutting and he just giggled. He said, "Mom, that tickles." When I had finished up, he got mad at me because he wanted me to keep on cutting. He loves getting his hair cut.
It turned out pretty good other than the random long spots I had to attack with the scissors. However, I think I will continue to take him to aunt Bridget for haircuts when she's back to work.
