2 YEAR OLD + MALL - STROLLER = CHAOS

If you ever want to ruin a good shopping trip, just forget your stroller (or any type of restraint) for your kid. Gav and I went to the mall with my mom and sister, but didn't realize until we got there that we didn't have a stroller. My mom suggested that I rent one of those ginormous ones that are too big too maneuver and won't fit through most ailes, but I thought I would be okay without one. Think again!!! This may appear to be just a rack of clothing, but really it's Gav hiding inside the rack of clothing. (I know, I know, I did this too when I was a kid, but it is so annoying now that I'm the adult.) He did this in every store. I had to walk around looking under the racks to find his shoes. There were a couple of times I thought I lost him and was panicking. Seriously!
To keep him entertained he had to ride the motorcycle, visit the candy machine, and make who knows how many trips up and down the escalators. By the time we were done I was completely wore out and had bought absolutely nothing.

By the time we were done we had worked up quite the appetite. Cade, my brother-in-law and kids met up with us for some lunch and ice cream (which Gav downed like a champ).

Been there done that. Wendy and I decided to both rent one because if I rented one then her kids would want to ride in the "little cars." So yes we both got to push double ones around. P.S. I Tagged you.

That is exactly why I hate shopping with Rhett. It is more work than it's worth. I always end up buying nothing too because you spend the whole time chasing.

two words.... Online shopping. Genius!!! I rarely leave the house and in return am less likely to get turned in for beating my children in a store.
